Welcome to Tyralix. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our plugins and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Licensing & Usage
Tyralix plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later.
- PHP Code: All PHP code within our plugins is GPL licensed. You are free to modify and redistribute it under the terms of the GPL.
- Intellectual Property: CSS, JavaScript, and Images may be sold under a proprietary license and are protected by copyright laws.
A valid license key is required to access automatic updates and technical support.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Recurring Payments: Our products are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase.
Renewal Price: Renewals are charged at the full product price at the time of renewal unless a discount code explicitly states otherwise for "lifetime" of the subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new plugin purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

5. Software Updates
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, feature enhancements, and compatibility updates for newer versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.
6. Support Services
Support is provided to users with an active license key. Support includes assistance with:
- Installation and configuration.
- Usage of plugin features.
- Bug reporting and troubleshooting.
Support Limitations: We do not provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts, theme customizations, or general WordPress troubleshooting unrelated to our products.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tyralix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
8. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and license immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to: fraud, distribution of nulled/cracked versions of our software, or abusive behavior towards support staff.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
