1. The Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Tyralix Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms between Tyralix ("we", "us") and you ("Affiliate", "you").
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following a change constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
2. Enrollment & Approval
2.1 Application Process
To join, you must complete the application form on our website. We vet all applications to ensure they align with the Tyralix brand.
2.2 Approval Criteria
We generally look for affiliates who:
- Run active WordPress/WooCommerce blogs, YouTube channels, or agencies.
- Have a legitimate audience relevant to e-commerce store owners.
- Do not display content that is violent, sexually explicit, or promotes illegal activities.
We may reject your application at our sole discretion.
3. Commissions & Payouts
You earn commissions when a user clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within the cookie duration period.

Note on Refunds: If a customer requests a refund during the 30-day money-back guarantee period, the commission for that sale will be deducted from your balance.
4. Promotion Guidelines
As a Tyralix affiliate, you are expected to represent our brand professionally. You may use the banners and assets provided in your affiliate dashboard.
Allowed promotional methods include:
- Writing reviews or tutorials on your blog.
- Creating video tutorials on YouTube.
- Sharing via email newsletters to your subscribers.
- Social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook groups).
5. Prohibited Activities
To ensure fairness and brand safety, the following activities result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:
5.1 PPC Bidding
You may not bid on keywords containing "Tyralix", "Tyralix Plugin", or misspellings thereof in Google Ads or other PPC platforms. You may not use your affiliate link as the destination URL in paid ads.
5.2 Coupon Spam
You may not post your affiliate link on "coupon sites" or "deal aggregators." The program is intended for content creators and agencies, not discount aggregators.
5.3 Self-Referrals
You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase plugins for personal use. We have a separate agency program for volume licensing.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. If we terminate your account due to a violation of Section 5 (Prohibited Activities), all pending commissions will be voided.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tyralix will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
