1. General Policy
At Tyralix, we stand behind the quality of our products. We believe that you should have the opportunity to test our plugins in your own environment to ensure they meet your needs.
If you have technical issues, we encourage you to open a support ticket first. Our team is often able to resolve configuration errors or conflicts quickly. However, you are not required to troubleshoot with us to receive a refund.
2. Eligibility Conditions
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are within the first 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You have purchased the plugin directly from Tyralix.com.
We do not require you to provide a specific reason for the refund, though we appreciate feedback on how we can improve.
What is NOT eligible?
- Renewal Payments: We send email reminders before your subscription renews. Refunds for automatic renewals are granted only if requested within 7 days of the renewal transaction.
- Services: Fees for custom development, configuration services, or priority audits are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- License Upgrades: Prorated refunds on license upgrades (e.g., Single Site to Unlimited) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account or go to our Support Page.
- Select "Billing & Refunds" as the ticket category.
- Include your Order Number (found in your email receipt).
Our billing team typically processes refund requests within 24-48 business hours. Once processed, the funds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
4. License Deactivation
Upon processing a refund:
- Your license key will be immediately deactivated.
- You must uninstall and delete the plugin from your website(s).
- You will lose access to automatic updates and support for that product.
Continued use of a refunded plugin is a violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Bundle Purchases
If you purchased the "All-Access Pass" or a specific bundle:
- You may refund the entire bundle within 30 days.
- We do not offer partial refunds for individual plugins within a bundle. If you wish to keep specific plugins, we will refund the bundle, and you can purchase the individual licenses separately.
6. Changes to this Policy
Tyralix reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Purchases made prior to the change will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
